A dream called "A son like me.."

I wish I had a son…
Who is a dad’s bud and just listen to me
Who would help me with shoveling the snow & mowing the lawn
Who would help me with washing my car & weeding my garden too
Who can go explore the world with me…


I wish I had a son…
Who is a foodie like me and an adventurous cook like me
Who would lie down under a tree & listen to music, sipping an exotic juice with me
Who would go to lively urban heartlands and wild marshlands to spend vacations with me
Who would stay up all night to watch inspiring & inquisitive Netflix movies with me
Who can go to movie theaters to step out of this world and share an exciting experience with me


I wish I had a son…
Who would go hangout with me at ball games and I go soccer practices with him
Who would climb up the hill with me and I can bike to the foothill with him
Who can beat me in lawn tennis and I fight him in Wii Tennis
Who can go fishing with me and I can go swimming with him
Who can teach the moves to me and I teach the songs to him


I wish I had a son…
Who is an ambitious and an over achiever like me
Who can be inspired easily and can inspire others easily
Who is a calm & silent leader like me, but can be funny, talkative & social animal unlike me
Who is open minded and nurturing somewhat like me


I wish I had a son…
Who would sit with me and read geeky books at libraries & bookstores
Who can lead a simple & happy life with me
Who can help me & others keep this world clean and green
Who is a dad’s bud and just listen to me


A boy somewhat like me……… and a son just so much like me…..
But I have two wonderful daughters who always make me forget my dream called "A son like me.."
